Our biggest house, Nocera can become your home for the summer and has enough space to house 4 people. Made of 44 mm thick wooden beams and eco-friendly materials it is easy to assembly. Assembly instruction and all materials for building are included. We supply the appropriate mounting material.

For Upyard houses we choose Nordic softwood which comes from carefully controlled cultivation, and therefore much more sustainable. We only use particularly sturdy, durable and dimensionally stable wood. The production is done on the most modern machines – it is achieved with all kits, the highest accuracy of fit. The high-quality materials ensure the long life of our products.

The cabin is made of 44 mm thick wooden beams.
Double wind locks joining the beams prevent draughts.
The roof and floor are made of boards and joined with single wind locks.
The base of the house that is in contact with the ground is treated with a preservative.
The doors and windows are double glazed to keep warmth inside.
The door has a lock.
The natural colour of the walls emphasises the innate beauty and sustainability of the wood.

Optional features

Roof covering set

As standard, this log cabin is supplied without any roof cover. We always recommend using roof underlayment and shingles for this roof type. We offer sets in different colors: dark grey, dark red, dark green, and brown.

Wind beams for enhanced wind resistance

Wood expands as the humidity increases. This means you need to give the wood a little space. Screws or nails should not be used when building a log cabin. Therefore we offer wind beams that allow natural movement of wood thus providing extra wind resistance and stability.

Treatment

This cabin is supplied untreated, we recommend that the building is treated with high quality paints and treatments. Here is our suggestion for high quality eco-paint – Eco-paint set (inluding paint, brushes, clothing for painting XL, gloves).

Full set of ground screws for foundation

A solid base prolongs the lifespan of cabin. We recommend using screw piles as they are cost-effective and quicker to establish than concrete footings or blockwork. Easy to install, able to be fitted in any ground type, the screws can help overcome uneven surfaces.

20 mm tongue and groove wooden flooring

Log cabins have floor as an option as the choice depends on the purpuse on how the log cabin will be used. We offer wooden floor as option.
